Your order will be carefully packaged in a black jewelry box, adorned with a white silk ribbon. We use high-quality packaging materials and methods to ensure the protection of your products during the shipping process.

For all orders, a delivery cost of 9 euros will be charged. Please allow for a delivery time of 3 business days.

For custom-made jewelry, which requires special attention and craftsmanship, please expect a delivery time of 4-5 weeks.

Returns may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To return your order, you will send the product back in its original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Jewelry purchased online can be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same resalable condition as at the time of purchase and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will be completed within 10 business days of receiving the return shipment.
